Sam is survived by two daughters, Rosalie Sandoval and Candace Aguilar; five sisters, Millie (Louis) Padilla, Sandra Gomez, Rose Lopes, Sharon Archuleta and Paula Perea; Two brothers, Jess (Deb) Perea and Rudy (Pam) Perea and numerous nieces and nephews.
He leaves behind seven grandchildren who will miss their “Popo”.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday June 2, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at Dove-Witt Family Mortuary Chapel, 6630 S. Hwy 85/87 Fountain, CO
