

On Monday, August 29, 2022, CHRISTINE MARASCO (Age 72), resident of Colonial Beach, VA passed away at home. Beloved and devoted mother to Louis Rehman, Corinne Lentz (Robert), Philecia and Julia Marasco; grandmother (Nana) to Robert and Blossom Lentz, Giovanna and Vincent Marasco, Jason and Valentino Rivera, Michael, Angelo and Jionni Marasco. Her Celebration of Life will commence at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 13 at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service in Fredericksburg, VA, with Service at 7:00 p.m. Christine requested that her family and friends to wear bright colors to the celebration. She had a passion for helping others that she was able to achieve through her position at Georgetown Hospital. She had a love of flowers, butterflies, pretty things, and the beach. She will forever be remembered and missed.
(Memoir from Philecia) After a difficult battle with Breast and Melanoma cancer, Christine Marasco passed away peacefully on August 29, 2022 surrounded by her daughters Corinne Lentz, Philecia and Julia Marasco. Christine was born in Brooklyn, NY and worked at Georgetown University hospital for the last eighteen years. Christine was a devoted mother, strong, independent, loving and caring women. Christine enjoyed Gardening, cooking, motorcycles, and most of all her job. Christine Marasco will be dearly missed and always remembered.
(Memoir from Julia) Christine (aka Bob) was a dynamic woman, one with tremendous strength and endurance for anything life threw her way. She would light up a room and make those around her laugh and smile always. Her godly purpose in life was to serve and care for others, in which she did day in and day out with such unconditional grace and love. Christine will always be remembered for her incredible heart of gold, cheerful and spunky spirit and spicy attitude. She fought a good fight her whole life and in her last moments was at such peace - her last breath was so angelic. When she saw the Lord, she grabbed his hand and went home. Christine will be missed dearly by many and her legacy will live on forever in everyone she touched. We are with her and she is with us - now and forever!
