He is survived by his children, Lee Fowler and wife Beth, Amber Fowler, Shana Fowler, and Kevin and Roxanne Thacker; parents: Benjamin and Catherine Fowler and David and Linda Posey; sisters, Terri Ballard, Faith Groome, Vicki Chilcote, Lei Dean, and Debby Ally; and brothers, Butch Fowler and Steve Menefee; and six grandchildren, Logan, Jordan, Anthony, Khloe, Courtney, and Katelyn.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Eileen Posey, and brothers, Perry K. Fowler & Edmund Fowler.
His family will receive friends on Sunday, June 30, 2013 from 4-6:00 pm at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg.
