He was a kind and caring friend that everyone could always count on. He loved having lengthy conversations with everyone. He enjoyed riding 4 wheelers, and especially taking trips to Busco Beach. Other activities he enjoyed were playing with RC cars at the park with his son, spending time with friends, and working on cars. The things he enjoyed most in life though, were family get togethers, spending time with his children and grandchildren...that meant the world to him.

He is survived by his wife, Jaime; daughters, Ashley Mark, Kayla Driggers (Ashley); two sons, Dallas Surber Jr.(DJ), Jacob Surber; eight grandchildren, Mia, Derrick, Adalynn, Heidi, Paislee, Hayden, Bentlee, Kyeson; brother, Mark Lockhart; and sister, Melissa Miller (David).
