He was born October 15, 1933, and grew up in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Frank served in the army signal corps from 1953 to 1956.
He graduated from Lycoming College with a bachelor's degree in mathematics. As the years passed, he earned three additional college degrees. A lifelong learner, Frank taught himself German, electronics, and, starting in his late 70s until he was 90, quantum physics.
After retiring from his career in satellite communications, he continued to work at different jobs until he was 90. He enjoyed staying busy and always had a friendly smile for everyone.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Candice, and their two cats, Faulkner and Edison.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
