James A. Shelton, 69, of King George passed away on Monday, September 3, 2018.

He is survived by his children, Frances Shelton, Grace Stuller, and James Shelton, Jr.; his grandchildren, Amber Stuller, Preston Stuller, Marissa Shelton, and Rachel Shelton; and his brother, Walter Shelton, Jr.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Judith Shelton.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Monday, September 10, 2018 at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
