Jean was a member of New Smyrna Missionary Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Maurice Randolph Lawson; son, Markeith Maurice Lawson, Sr.; daughter-in-law, Kim Renee Lawson; brothers, Lloyd Turner and wife Cheryl, and Lamont Turner and wife, Sandra; sister, Olivia and husband, Carl Nixon, Sr.; four grandsons, and 12 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life for Jean will be held Saturday, September 17, 2022 at Home of Markeith & Kim Lawson, 7601 Brown's Farm Road, Spotsylvania, VA 22553.
