Joan E. Rankin, 68, of Fredericksburg, died Friday January 22, 2016 of complications from cancer. She is survived by her daughter Maryn Shultz; a son Ed Shultz and two beautiful grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 from 6-8 pm at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel, with a funeral service to be held in the chapel on Thursday, January 28, 2016 at 11:00 am.
