He is survived by his children Sheila Hill of Weyers Cave, Virginia, Caroline Sue Trujillo of North Platte, Nebraska, Tony Lee Griffith of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Theresa Pamela Griffith of Vienna, Virginia, Johnnie Belinda Rapier of Nokesville, Virginia and Mark Allen Griffith of Fredericksburg, Virginia; 12 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6- 8 p.m. Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg, where funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, January 15. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
