Joe worked and was Co Owners of Jack’s Sheet Metal along side his brother Jimmy, and late sister, Jackie. A business their father, Jack (Ellen) Spears started in 1966.
He was proceeded in death by his Mother, Ellen Spears, Father, Jack Spears, sisters, Judy Lambert and Jackie Spears and his daughter, Julia Spears.
Joe is survived by his two sons, Joseph Allen Payne and Jonathan Spears, daughter- in-law, Kristen, and three Grandchildren, Brookelyn Elizabeth, Reaghan Elise and Mason Wayne Joseph Spears.
Also survived by former spouse, Beverly “Diane” Payne, two brothers, Jimmy (Sandy) Spears, David (Jenny) Spears, Janet (Larry) Weeks, Joyce “Tini” Huffman, Tami (Dan) Parris and numerous nieces and nephews.
