Born on November 5, 1936, in Alexandria, Virginia, Joyce was known for her deep devotion to her family, her fun-loving nature, and her kindness to everyone she met. She found great joy in spending time with her family and enjoying trips to the casino, and she was deeply loved by all who knew her.
Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Duane Lutzen; her sister, Hilda Klotter; and her brother, Philip Cockrell.
She is survived by her son, Wayne Lutzen; her daughter, Missy Kinsey (Brian); her grandchildren, Lauren Pangle (Alex), James Musselman, Whitney Davis (James), and Taylor Kinsey (Toni); and her great-grandchildren, Atlas and Eloise Pangle, Callie, Emma, and Tripp Davis, and Raymond, Mary, and Kierstan Kinsey. She is also survived by her brothers, Frank Cockrell and James Cockrell and many nieces and nephews.
Joyce will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who loved her.
