She was born on December 17, 1956 in Fredericksburg, VA to the late George L. and Willie (Moore) Elliott. She loved to do puzzles, drink coffee and watching tv. She also loved outdoor gardening, the beach and girl trips. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her husband Mark A. Garrison and son Shawn L. Garrison.
Survivors include her son, Mark A, Garrison and wife Jennifer of Las Vegas, NV; one sister, Robin E. Heller-Russis and husband William of Spotsylvania, VA; one brother, E. Warren Elliott and wife Donna of Woodford, VA; four grandchildren, Codie, Izaiah, Brindyn and Shawna.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00am Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg with Johnny Sale officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at the Garrison Family Cemetery.
