

Keith Wayne Williams was born on February 11, 1971, in Arlington, Virginia, to Warren and Linda Williams. He was the second of three children. After a short illness, Keith transitioned to glory and is resting in the arms of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Keith received his education from the Prince William County Schools and graduated from Osbourne Park High School in Manassas, Virginia. Even at an early age, Keith loved playing soccer and played in high school for 4 years. After high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps. He loved adventure and looked forward to serving his country. In his four-year duty, he trained and served at Camp Lejeune and from there was assigned to Okinawa, Japan. Shortly afterwards, Keith was deployed to Kuwait with the ground troops and served in the Gulf War, Operation Desert Shield, and Operation Desert Storm, until his honorable discharge. Realizing he wanted to continue to serve his country, Keith joined the Justice Department, Immigration and Naturalization Services (INS). After more than five years with INS, he decided to pursue his education and earned his Bachelor of Science degree and then his MBA degree with honors from Liberty University. In February 2018, Keith joined Securitas USA of Culpeper, Virginia, as their Security Project Manager. A devoted team member, in 2022, Keith received the Heroism Award for his extraordinary efforts and selflessness in preventing a suicide. In 2024, Securitas awarded him Officer of the Year. Keith enjoyed working for Securitas and remained a dedicated employee until his death.
In 2009, Keith met and later married Michelle Corah. From this union, they had two sons, Keith, Jr., and Tyler Williams. Their blended family now included Kyleah Williams, Mary Jane, and James Kerns, Jr. Keith loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them on vacations, family reunions, and especially at Sunday morning breakfasts with “his” Boys. He was a grill master and enjoyed remembering the good times while barbecuing with his family and close friends.
Keith was a Tribal Member of the Occaneechi Band of the Saponi Nation. (OBSN.com). He was also an active member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) in Dale City and of the NAACP Fredericksburg Branch.
Known to his family as “Bulldog,” Keith was loyal, hardworking, and a determined soldier, family member, and friend. He will be sorely missed.
Keith leaves to cherish his memory, his devoted Wife: Michelle Corah Williams; Children: Kyleah, Keith Jr., and Tyler Williams, Maryjane (Jacob New) Kerns, and James Kerns, Jr. Father and Mother: Warren and Linda Williams; Siblings: Kevin Williams, Duane (Teresa) Williams; 2 Nieces: Niah Williams and Isabella Cox; 5 Nephews: Jeriah, Steven and Isaiah Williams, Nicolas and Devin Cox; 2 Grandchildren: Ivey and Kimber New; 1 Sister-In-Law: Julie (Dominick) Cox; 3 Uncles: Gene (Pam) Williams, Samuel Scott, Jr. (Annette), Glenn (Susan) Adcock; 4 Aunts: Ivy Scott, Alice Faye Williams, Moneca Moore (Bobby), and Diane Bauckman (Tom); 3 Special Friends: Joseph Smith, Kevin Kinnett and Gordon Cofield and a host of other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends on Monday, March 30, 2026 from 6pm to 8pm at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 11 am at Shiloh Baptist Church (Old Site), with family receiving friends at 10 am. Interment to follow in the National Memorial Cemetery at Quantico.
