She is survived by her loving husband, Michael; two daughters, Heather McKendree and husband JoDon and Brittany Benham-Scott and husband Cadrick; brother, Blane Foster; and six grandchildren, Austin, Morgan, Trevin, Christopher, Kami, and Kaia.
She was preceded in death by her son Kraig Simpson and sister, Tia Schmidt.
Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel is handling the arrangements. Burial will be private.
