He was born on November 26, 1953 in Middlesex, England the son of the late Herbert and Edith (Pringle) Stacy. He worked for Safeway for 36 years. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Joyce Bowers and Linda Nichols.
Survivors include his companion Naomi Galford; three step-sons, Robert O’Quinn of Manassas, VA, Jeffery O’Quinn of Hartford, AL, Mark O’Quinn of Fredericksburg; two step-daughters, Mary O’Quinn of Dante, VA, Nancy Wright of Hampton, TN; two brothers, Paul Stacy of Alexandria, VA, Christopher Stacy of Bowling Green, VA; One sister, Dorothy Stacy of Alexandria, VA.
A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date at the ocean at Nags Head, NC.
