He was born on February 11, 1968 in Mexico the son of the late Pedro Ruiz Alvarado and Maria Guadalupe Castillo Fiscal. He worked as a bricklayer.
Survivors include his four children, Luis Ruiz Ibanez, Margarita Ruiz Ibanez, Adilene Ruiz Ibanez, and Maria Ruiz Ibanez; three brothers, Olegario Ruiz Castillo, Hector Ruiz Castillo, Ezequiel Ruiz Castillo; two sisters, Elva Margarita Ruiz Castillo, Paula Ruiz Castillo; six grandchildren.
A visitation for Pedro will be held Thursday, June 30, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg. A Mass of Christian burial will occur Friday, July 1, 2022 at 10:30 AM at Saint Mary Of The Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 1009 Stafford Avenue, Fredericksburg, Virginia.
