He was born on January 26, 1945, in Berwick, Pennsylvania, son of the late Karl Hartman and Dorthy Hartman.
He was a proud Navy veteran, servicing for 20 years with many tours overseas and on submarines. He was a loving husband and father. He enjoyed playing pool with his sons and grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Max Hartman; sister, Sue Huray.
He is survived by his loving wife, Pamela Davis; sons, Richard Hartman and Michael Hartman; grandchildren, Jordan Hartman, Andrew Hartman, Daniel Hartman, Kiersten Johns and Camdyn Hartman, and two great-grandchildren.
An interment will be held at National Memorial Cemetery at Quantico on March17th, 2026.
