He was born on September 27, 1957 in Ashland, Ohio the son of late Eugene Claude O’Quinn He worked in sheet metal.
Survivors include his mother, Naomi Galford of Fredericksburg, VA; his fiancé Shirley Estep of Manassas, VA; two brothers, Mark O’Quinn and wife Michele of Fredericksburg, VA and Jeffery O’Quinn and wife Ann of Hartford, AL; two sisters, Mary Jane O’Quinn of Dante, VA and Nancy Wright and husband Wetzel of Hampton, TN. Several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
