Mrs. Wagner was born in Washington, D.C., on May 9, 1936, to Howard and Mary Morris Hill. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son and a sister.
She is survived by a son, Brian K. Miller, and wife Renee; and her daughter, Donna L. League, and husband Roger. Other survivors include two brothers; 9 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service is in charge of the arrangements. Services are private.
