

He was born on February 12, 1962 in Manassas, VA the son of Sarah Elizabeth (Campbell) Breeden and the late Roy Jackson Breeden, Jr. He was a retired wrecker operator with 30 plus years in the industry. He was an avid Nascar racing and drag racing fan. He spent many weekends with one or both sons building, racing, breaking, and repeating the Mud Bog truck he loved, “Big Blue”. He and his sons won many trophies during these times of fun and bonding. Over the years he has adopted many family members through the sport and trucking community. He loved working and building on anything mechanical he could get his hands on.
Survivors include his loving wife, Brenda D. Breeden who just celebrated 39 wonderful years together. Their two sons, Walter C. Breeden Jr with his significant other Jessica Apolonio and his two granddaughters Aleah and Alyssa Breeden of Spotsylvania, VA along with Daniel M. Breeden and wife Tanya Breeden of Spotsylvania, VA.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 4:00pm Thursday, December 9, 2021 at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers and other contributions, the family would love and appreciate any donations to be given to the American Diabetes Foundation as this disease is something that Walter fought for years and is what ultimately contributed to his death.
