Bill Blackburn

He was born October 28, 1943, the son of the late Jack and Allie Davis Blackburn.

On October 27, 1962, he married Erna Salmons in Mexico, Mo. She survives of the home.

Bill is also survived by one son, Jackie Dale (Brandy) Blackburn of Fulton, Mo; three grandchildren, Jessica (Greg) Branham of Auxvasse, Mo, Jackie Marie Blackburn of Mexico, Mo, and Nichole Boyd of Illinois; three great grandchildren, Mariah, Annalynn, and Zachary; one sister, Helen Hoover, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by one brother and five sisters.

Bill was self employed as a timber worker. He enjoyed wood working and coon hunting.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00, Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at Bethel United Methodist Church in Readsville with Pastor Mike Crowson officiating. Burial will follow in Readsville Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Monday evening from 5 to 7 at Debo Funeral Home in Fulton, Mo.
