Courtney Elizabeth Margaret Ford, 31, of Holts Summit, Missouri passed away on October 4, 2015 at University Hospital in Columbia.

Courtney was born December 20, 1983.
She worked as a Breast Feeding Peer Counselor for the Callaway County Health Department.
Survivors include her husband, Josh of Holts Summit; daughters, Peyton Arnold of Scottsdale, Arizona, Madison Ford and Lilly Ford both of Holts Summit; parents, Joe and Lindy Arnold of Scottsdale, Arizona and father and mother-in-law, Bill and Jeannie Ford of Fulton.
