

Frances I. Keith, 91, of Fulton passed away Saturday, December 22, 2012 at Fulton Presbyterian Manor. She was born September 4, 1921 the daughter of the late George H. and Virginia Mae (Craighead) Starkey.
On June 14, 1947 she married Kenneth R. Keith in Colorado. He preceded her in death on February 21, 2008.
Frances and Kenneth made their home in Denver, Co. then moved to Evergreen, Co. before returning to Fulton to retire.
She will be sadly missed by her friends and family including nephews, Charlie Starkey (Sandy), Brett Starkey (Karen), Brian Starkey (Mollie), Lee Horine (Paula), Greg Horine and Dick Starkey (Jahnae); nieces, Betty Moore (Joe), Vicki King (Don), Jeanne Davidson (Dan), Christine Goff (Jeff), and Charlene Bell (Chuck); and dear friend, Norma Harrison.
She was preceded in death by one son and two brothers and two sisters.
Frances was devoted to her art. She had many paintings throughout Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii. Her second love was sewing.
Funeral services will be held at 1 pm on Friday, December 28, 2012 at Debo Funeral Home in Fulton with Pastor Bruce Williamson officiating. Entombment will follow in Callaway Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. Family will receive friends on Thursday from 5 to 7 PM.
