Services will be officiated by Pastor Mike Crowson at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at Debo Funeral Home in Fulton. Burial will follow in Callaway Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home.
Gary was born May 20, 1943 in Fulton to Clyde and Mattie Hoover Leeper and they preceded him in death. He had been married to Loretta Leeper and she survives in Fulton.
