John Wayne LaRoe

John was born in Boone County on October 27, 1950, the son of George Homer LaRoe and Bertha (Kile) LaRoe. John was the first of his family to be born in a hospital.

He was a graduate of Hickman High School. He worked many jobs around Columbia, Missouri and Tyler, Texas. He retired from the Fulton State Hospital in May 2018.

He was the last of his family. His mom and dad, brothers, Harold, Russell, George, Donald, Jerry, and sister, Pearl, preceded him in death.

Interment will be held in Memorial Park Cemetery in Columbia, Missouri.
