Gail was born on December 30, 1958 in Hillsboro, IL, the daughter of Gerald and Ester (Brown) Washburn who preceded her in death. On May 25, 1974, she was united in marriage to David Womack in Calwood, MO. She worked for Williamsburg School District. Gail enjoyed reading, fishing, painting and spending time with family.
Survivors include: her husband of 48 years, David Womack of the home; two sons, John Womack (Angela) of Maine and Roger Womack (Samantha Bauman) of Williamsburg; three grandsons, Alex Womack, Eli Womack and Gerald Leon and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Graveside service will be on Monday, September 19, 2022 at 11:00 am at New Hope Cemetery near Calwood, MO with Pastor Mike Crowson officiating.
