Mary Louise Boyce

Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at Williams Cemetery near New Bloomfield. Visitation will be from 4-7:00 p.m. on Friday, November 13, 2015 at Debo Funeral Home in Holts Summit, Missouri.

Mary was born October 14, 1934 in Jefferson City, Missouri to James and Margaret Griffin White and they preceded her in death. She was married on December 19, 1957 to Joe Boyce and he survives.

She was a 1952 graduate of Jefferson City High School and was a member of Dixie Christian Church and the Barkersville Quilting Club.

Mary loved to cook and was known to everyone for the wonderful pies that she would make. She also enjoyed gardening and canning.

Survivors also include her daughter, Janda (Bryan) Coursey of New Bloomfield; son, Joe (Teresa) Boyce of Tebbetts; brother, James (Joann) White of Jefferson City; sister, Betty Benke of Jefferson City; grandchildren, Lance Coursey, Cherise Boyce and Cameron Boyce; great-grandson Matthew Coursey and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her brother, Alfred White.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Dixie Christian Church or Williams Cemetery Fund both in care of Debo Funeral Home, 10920 Old Hwy. 54 North, Holt Summit, Missouri 65043 or a charity of donor’s choice.
