Vicki Denise Welch, 62, of Columbia, Missouri passed away on January 18, 2017 at University Hospital & Clinics.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at Debo Funeral Home in Fulton. Burial will follow at Callaway Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home.
