Visitation will be Friday, November 28, 2014 from 10:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at Collier-Butler Funeral Home for Miss Anna Mieko Udaka, age 23, Rainbow City who passed away Monday, November 24, 2014. A private family service will be held later Friday. Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services will direct.
Anna was a native and longtime resident of Rainbow City. She was a member of the Rainbow Church of Christ. She was a 2009 graduate of Gadsden City High and Paul Mitchell Hair School in Huntsville, AL.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Troy E. Watford, Betty Watford Phillips, John Y. Udaka and Mieko Fujisawa Udaka.
She is survived by her parents, Gary and Beth Udaka, sisters, Jade Udaka Hughes and Haley Udaka, brother-in-law, Jim Hughes, nephews and niece, Troy Hughes, Anna Taylor Hughes and Tripp Kellett, and fiance’, Christopher Atkinson.
