

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at Collier-Butler Funeral Chapel for Belinda S. Vinyard, 62 of Gadsden, who died on Saturday March 17, 2012. Chaplain Craig Sitz and the Reverend Charles “Buddy” Owens will officiate. Burial will be at Crestwood Cemetery. Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services directing.
Belinda was a native and lifelong resident of Etowah County. She was of Baptist faith. She was employed with C & J Financial. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Belinda always had on open door policy. Everyone was always welcome. She enjoyed making everyone feel welcome and at home.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, John & Elnora Crump, parents, Reverend Virgil “Pappy” & Virginia Owens, sister, Virginia Ann Robinson and husband Bill Vinyard.
She is survived by her daughter Pam (Jeff) Gilchrist, of Acworth, GA, Craig Mitchell of Acworth, GA, and Ben (Julie) Vinyard of Woodstock, GA; grandsons Dylan Gilchrist and Hunter Brand & granddaughters Taylor Gilchrist and Kennedy Vinyard; brothers Reverend Charles “Buddy” (Wanda) Owens & Ray (Linda) Owens of Gadsden, AL; many nieces, nephews and cousins; special friends Dolores Ussery, Frank & Paula Ragan, Randall & Sabrina Fells and her secret sisters.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
The family will receive friends tonight from 6:00 PM till 8:00PM at Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services. Flowers will be accepted.
