No doubt she received a “ Well done my Good and Faithful Servant”,
as she was reunited with her beloved Charles.
Betty was widowed at the age of 51. Life did not stop for her. She
was devoted to her family, church and friends. Betty was the youngest
of 11 siblings. She had two sons, six grand children, seven great
grand grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. For many
years Betty maintained the alter for worship every Sunday at Trinity
Lutheran Church, she was a devoted member until she physically
could not attend. Her friends were numerous, many from her
childhood, many from her favorite hobby, dancing and those she met
along the way
She would gladly volunteer her time to others as needed and always
had a prayer or kind word. She was a volunteer at Riverview
Regional Medical Center for many years, as a pink coat lady.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband Charles E. Thompson
and 11 siblings.
She is survived by her sons Charles (Kelley) Thompson and Mark
(Debbie) Thompson
Grandchildren Bart Thompson, Beth Baker, Doug (Ashley) Thompson,

Thompson.
