Special thanks to Amedisys Hospice, Lacey, Brittany, Ashley, Melissa, Jay and all the nurses who were here around the clock any time we called; Collier Butler, Jill Bouldin. Thank you to the family who has been there for Billy in these troublesome times. Very special thanks to Rusty, Leasa, Debbie, Ray, Leatha, Jeannie, Matthew, Charles and Ashley for everything done to help. Because of Rusty and Leasa, Billy was able to peacefully live out his last days at home with loves ones instead of in a nursing home alone. For that I know Billy felt blessed and eternally grateful.
