Carl Lane Nash

Funeral Services will be at 12: 30 p.m. Monday at Collier-Butler Chapel Mr. Carl Lane Nash, 67, of Gadsden, who passed away Saturday, June 27, 2015. Brother David Burnham will officiate. Burial will be at Samuels Chapel Cemetery, Altoona, AL.

Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services will direct.

Carl was a member of West Gadsden Church of Christ. He was an avid Alabama Football and Elvis fan.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Henry Nash, sisters, Shirley Goodson and Patricia Morris, brother, Al Nash and brother-in-law, Buddy Goodson.

He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Christine Nash, siblings, Myra Williams, J. D. (Karen) Nash, Robbie Bishop, Mike (ReDonna) Nash, Randy Nash, sisters-in-law, Dale Nash and Glenda Goodson and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Pallbearers will be nephews, Richard Dunn, Daniel Nash, David Nash, Josh Nash, Brian Nash, Adam Nash, Richard Long and Tony Mowery.

Honorary Pallbearer will be John Goodson, Ronald Bell, Van Nash and Freddie Waddell.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the employees at Attalla Health Care Center.

The family will receive friends from 10:30 am until the hour of service Monday at the funeral home.
