He was preceded in death by his mother, Gail Duke Jenkins; and sister, Lori Ann Jenkins.
He is survived by his five children, Heather (Landon) Montgomery, Jessica (Zack) Wagnon, Kara, Hailey, and Jacob Jenkins; grandchildren, Connor and Kinlee Montgomery, and Levi and Lukas Wagnon; father, Doug Jenkins; brothers, Mike (Cindy) Jenkins, and Joe (Michelle) Jenkins; wife, Kristy Jenkins; and three nieces.
The family would like to say a special thank you to the staff of SICU at Gadsden Regional Medical Center.
A memorial visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, April 16, 2015 at Collier-Butler Funeral Home.
