David W. Holloway, 52, of Jacksonville, AL formerly of Gadsden, passed away Wednesday, October 16, 2024. Visitation will be Saturday beginning at 1:30 p.m. with funeral service to follow at Collier-Butler Funeral Chapel at 2:30 p.m. Burial will be at Westpoint Baptist Church Cemetery, 6835 AL Highway 204, Jacksonville, AL 36265.
David was a graduate of Luverne High School. He was currently employed with NSE. He was an avid Auburn Football Fan, enjoyed fishing and loved Scooby-Doo. David was a loving, free hearted, friendly person.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wayne and Patricia Holloway and uncle, Jim Tosh.
Left to cherish his memory is his spouse, Will Holden; son, Joshua Holloway; niece, Macee Holloway; nephews, Jacob Holloway, Jackson (Hannah) Holloway and John David Holloway; sister, Deborah “Debbie” Holloway; brother, Shawn (Angie) Holloway and a host of other loving family members and friends.
Pallbearers will be Billy Holden, Joey Johnson and Adam Schrimsher.
