Giles E. Tillison, beloved husband, father and grandfather, passed away on Saturday, July 7, 2012. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Joyce Wigley Tillison, son, David E. (Andrea) Tillison and daughter, Tracey T. (Scott) Edwards. He leaves four adoring grandchildren, Daniella and Marissa Tillison and Jordan and Kelly Edwards. He is also survived by his three brothers, five sisters, many nieces, nephews and close family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Marion and Helen Tillison and his son Steven L. Tillison.
Memorial services will be held at Piedmont Church, 570 Piedmont Rd, Marietta GA, 30066 at 2:00 p.m. July 14, 2012.
Family will receive friends at 1:00 p.m. prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
