He is survived by his Beloved wife of 53 years, Betty (B.J.) Stevens; two sons, Johnny Stevens, Gadsden, AL and Danny (Georgia) Stevens, Ft Payne, AL; one daughter, Angela (Mike) Pruitt; Granddaughters, Heather Spurlock, Raven (Jonathan) Weaver, Samantha (Jason) Booms, Robin Stevens, Amanda Pruitt and Lisa Pruitt, Grandsons; Peter Stevens, Steven Pruitt, Ken Autwell Jr., great-grandchildren; Maddie Pruitt, Mackenzie Edwards, Lexi Weaver and Khloe Bone.
He was preceded in death by his daughter Cathleen Stevens.
Honorary Pallbearers will be all friends and golfing buddies.
