She was born on September 17, 1929 to the late William Andrew Payne and Margie Carter Payne.
Ms. Kinsey is survived by her daughters, Kathy Lackey, Karen (Don) Belew, Margie (Randy) Phillips; nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren; sister, Martha (Max) West. In addition to her parents, Mary is preceded in death by her husband, Cecil James Kinsey, son-in-law, Barry Leach, four siblings.
A graveside service for Mary will be held Friday, October 28, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Oak Hill Cemetery, 2505 4th Street NW, Attalla, Alabama 35954.
