

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 27, 2013 at Collier-Butler Chapel for Robert Carnie Belotti, 63, of Southside, who passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2013. Rev. Loyd Watkins will officiate. Burial will be at Pilgrim’s Rest Cemetery. Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services is directing.
Mr. Belotti was born in New York, but moved to Southside in 1965. He was self-employed and owned Bob’s Backhoe and Septic Tank Service. He was a wonderful and loving husband, father, son, brother, and uncle.
He was preceded in death by his father, Carnie R. Belotti, and nephew, Richard Beccarelli.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Gail Belotti, Southside; mother, Marian Belotti, Southside; daughter, Toni Tarrance, Southside; sister Joanie Caggianese, Southside; sister-in-law, Janice (Jimmy) Mathis, Gadsden; brother-in-law, James (Diane) Lyles, Gadsden; nephews: Raymond Beccarelli, Brian Green, and Nicholas Lyles; nieces: Moni Ford NeSmith, and Sonya McCurdy; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be: Brian Green, Will Burns, Lynn McKevin, Vernon Bohannon, Dennis Pentecost, and Todd O’Bryant.
Special thanks to, the ICU staff at Gadsden Regional Medical Center, his doctors and to all of the family and friends who have brought food and visited during this difficult time.
The family will accept friends Friday, July 26, 2013 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
