Robert Allen Brooks

Robert Allen Brooks, age 72, of Gadsden, Alabama passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2023. Robert graduated from Emma Sansom High School in 1968. He loved dirt track racing, Auburn Football, and NASCAR. He especially loved his grandchildren and watching them play sports. He also loved his special nieces and nephews. His son Jason was one of his greatest accomplishments and his daughter-in-law Beckie held a special place in his heart.

He is preceded in death by his parents Bob and Betty Ketchem Brooks.

Robert is survived by his wife of 52 years, Valorie Roebuck Brooks; son Jason Brooks and special daughter-in-law Beckie Ragan Brooks; grandchildren Dylan Brooks and Jasie Brooks; sisters Teresa Brooks Jeffers, Sue Brooks Vinson, and Marcia Brooks Rodgers.

Honorary pallbearers are Dylan Brooks, Kenneth Howell, Jake Howell, Zac Howell, Kaylee Howell, Robert Roebuck, Tommy Roebuck, Ricky Shaw, and Lewis Jeffers.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Anna Stone, Maddie Mayne and Gentiva Hospice.
