Robert Lee Petty

Memorial Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, March 1, 2012 at the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection, Rainbow City for Mr. Robert Lee Petty, 49, Gadsden who passed away Sunday, February 26, 2012. Father Van Foreman will officiate. Cremation Services provided by Collier-Butler Funeral Home.

Mr. Petty was a graduate of Collinsville High School and received his associate degree from Gadsden State Community College. Lee worked in the health care industry having been employed at Southern Cardiovascular Associates. He was a member of the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection. He had a passion for his family and was preceded in death by his father, Felix Edgar Petty.

Survivors include his son, Jacob Lee (Nicole) Petty

Granddaughter, Emily Shay Petty

Mother, Barbara Ann Petty

Brothers, Edgar Alan (Leigh) Petty and James Mark (Beverly) Petty

Nieces and nephews, William Ross Petty, Alan James (A.J.) Petty, Anna Jordan Petty and Abby Gail Petty.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection.

The Petty Family will receive friends immediately following services at the church Thursday.
