Rosa Lee Pollard, age 86 of Gadsden, passed away Friday, September 5, 2014. A graveside service will be held at 3:30 PM Sunday, September 7, 2014 at Mt. Tabor Cemetery. Brother George Lankford will officiate. Collier- Butler Funeral and Cremation Services directing.
Mrs. Pollard was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Pollard; son, Nathan Pollard; parents, Jodie and Susie Ponder; brothers, William, Burl, Edward, and James Ponder; and sisters, Ruby Shedd and Betty Gray.
Survivors include her grandchildren, Brandy Pollard, Wendy (Ed) Jenkins, Chris (Peggy) Brown; great grandchildren, Kara, Brantley, Joy, Jalynn, Brayden, Abree, Austin; and sister-in-law, Ertis Ponder.
The family would like to give a special thanks to her grandson, Brayden Brown, for all of your help. You will always be Granny’s little Tom Sawyer.
