Sally Rebecca Miller

Sally, 41, was born in Gadsden and raised in Southside. She attended Southside Elementary, Rainbow Middle, and Southside High School. While in high school, she played softball and basketball. Also, she was a trumpet player in the “Pride of Southside”. Sally was valedictorian of the class of 1997 and a graduate, with honors, from Auburn University, where she majored in Biomedical Sciences.

Her grandparents, Clyde and Ruth Duke and George, Sr. and Lois Miller, preceded Sally in death.

She is survived by her parents George, Jr. and Becky Miller; her sister and brother in law, Megan Miller Roberts (Bobby) of Hartselle; and many cousins and friends that she loved.

A private graveside service officiated by Bill Drummons was held on Friday, January 22, 2021. Family and friends served as pallbearers. Collier Butler Funeral Home directed services.
