Ms. Petty was born and raised in “downtown” Atlanta. She worked 40+ years in the medical profession,
And retired from Well Star Medical.
She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Ms. Petty was a lover of animals,
Especially her dachunds: Lady, Oscar, Precious, Rose and T-Bear.
Those preceding her in death were her father, Horace Edward Ingram; mother, Annie Evelyn Ingram and brother, Lamar Ingram.
Survivors include her daughter, Sherry (Rick) Paige; grandchildren, Eric Paige; Clint Paige; Candace Burns and Anthony Burns; great grandchild, Joshua Lee Burns; sister and brother-in-law, Brenda and Allen Lovette; nephew and niece, Eddie and Heather Lovette; Jasper; Hunter and Erica Cornett and Mackenzie Cornett.
The family would like to extend special thanks to Misty Cochran.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, November 5, 2019 from 5 – 7 pm CST at the funeral home.
