Teresa Ann Brown

Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday-November 2, 2011 at Collier-Butler Chapel for loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and daughter, Mrs. Teresa Ann Turner Brown, age 46 of Rainbow City who passed away Saturday-November 29, 2011. Revs. Scott Harris and Terry Bentley will officiate with burial at Ashville City Cemetery. Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Service Directing.

Teresa was an intelligent and creative lady which was shown in her love for gardening, animals, flowers and cooking. She was a graduate of Ashville High School, where she was a member of the Beta Club and graduated from Gadsden State Community College. Teresa was a member of Christ Central Church where she was a choir member. Preceding her in death was her husband, William “Bill” Turner, father, Robert “Bob” Anthony Staton, grandparents, mother-in-law, Bonnie Lewellyn Turner and father-in-law, James Irving Turner, II.

She is survived by her husband, Dennis Brown

Daughters; Jamie Timmerman, Meghan Turner and Jessica Brown

Son; James Irving Turner, III

Mother, Barbara Sullivan Staton

Brothers; Robert (Beth Anne) Staton and Michael (Jenyfer) Staton

Three Grandchildren, Several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews and many loving friends.

Pallbearers will be; Robert Eugene Staton, Allen Brown, Chris Brown, Mike Stone, Corey Staton and Blake Staton.

The family extends a special thanks to Dr. Stephen Beck, Staff at St Vincent’s Bruno Cancer Center and the Staff of Hope Hospice.

Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
