

David Mark Meadows, of Gahanna passed away after an extended illness on April 13. Mark was born in Dayton, Ohio on December 13, 1958, to the late John and Anne (Archer) Meadows. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Denice (Day) Meadows; daughter, Anna (Nathan) Brummel, sons Eric (Taylor) Meadows, and Kurt (Jill) Meadows; grandchildren, Jack, Luke and Graham Brummel, Preston, Eli and Sterling Meadows, Wes and Jake Meadows; siblings, Dale (Kim) Meadows, Steve (Joanne) Meadows, Jeff (Kelly) Meadows, Glenn Meadows, and Lynne (Fred) Ricart. Mark is also survived by many dear family members and friends.
His passion, hobby and life’s work centered around cars, retiring in 2021 as co-owner of Miracle Motor Mart. He served as an integral part of Christ the King’s Parish Council during the capital campaign for the new Bishop Griffin Resource Center and served for many years on the board of the Ohio Independent Auto Dealers Association. Mark approached many situations, appropriate or not, with a sense of humor and loved to mentor others and talk business. His greatest joy though, was his children and grandchildren.
There is less light in our world now, but the love and memories he gave us will keep shining brightly forever.
To those friends, family and neighbors who showed such kindness, love, support and prayers, we are immensely thankful.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, April 19, 2026 from 1:00pm-4:00pm at Schoedinger Northeast,1051 E. Johnstown Rd. Gahanna, Ohio 43230. A Mass of Christian burial will take place on Monday, April 20, 2026 at 10:00am at Christ the King Catholic Church, 2777 E. Livingston Ave. Columbus, Ohio 43209. Entombment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, 6440 S. High St. Lockbourne, OH 43137.
