

Born on September 24, 1931, Marilyn lived a long and meaningful life marked by strength, resilience, and deep devotion to those she loved. She was a woman of unwavering character, known for her kindness, quiet grace, and the warmth she brought into every room.
Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Partlow, her parents Bertram & Mamie Best, her daughter, Josie Disbennett and her sons, Robin Partlow and Jim Partlow.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Brenda Davis, as well as many cherished grandchildren(12) and great-grandchildren (31) who will carry on her legacy and the love she so freely gave.
Family was the heart of Marilyn’s life. She created a home filled with comfort, laughter, and unconditional love—a place where everyone felt welcomed and cared for. Her strength carried her through life’s many challenges, and she faced each one with quiet courage and dignity.
Marilyn will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her strong will, and the countless ways she showed up for the people she loved. Even in her final days, she was surrounded by love and shared moments that will be treasured forever.
She is deeply loved and will be profoundly missed.
Visitation will be held at Schoedinger Northeast Funeral Home, 1051 E Johnstown Road, Gahanna, OH 43230, on April 12, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
Marilyn's funeral service will be held the following morning at Peace Lutheran Church, 455 Clark State Rd, Gahanna, OH 43230, on April 13, 2026, at 10:30 am.
Services will conclude with interment at Mifflin Cemetery in Gahanna.
