Susan Louise Guckert, age 77, passed away at her home on Saturday, November 12, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 11, 1945 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, to the late Peter and Lucille (Uzas) Zegunis.
Throughout her life, Susan enjoyed her family, close friends, playing tennis, and hiking in the beautiful terrain of Arizona.
She will be deeply missed by her devoted husband of 51 years, Craig Guckert; children, Chad Guckert and Nichole Guckert.
In addition to her immediate family, Susan is survived by her brother David Zegunis; her nieces Carrie Bachkora, Monica Zegunis, Laura Westhoff, Francie Hatch, nephews Mike Zegunis and Rory Zegunis.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Schoedinger Northeast Funeral Home. There will be a celebration of life at a later date in Arizona where Susan loved.
