Berta M. Yarbrough, age 84 of Tarrant, AL passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Alvin Jessie Yarbrough. She is survived by her loving family, her daughter, Linda Mahaffey (Ronald) of Tarrant; a sister, Carolyn Brown; and a brother, Tommy Brown; her eight grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren; also, several nieces and nephews, . She was a member of the Robinwood Assembly of God Church.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 18th, at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel from 5 until 8 PM with chapel funeral services on Wednesday, February 19th beginning at 1 PM. Interment will follow in Oakwood Memorial Gardens.
