Charles was a member of New Hope Ministries. Over the years he owned and operated several businesses and he word many years in security at the Brown Marx Building in Birmingham. He was a collector of many things. He was well loved by his family and friends and he will be missed.
Charles is Survived by his wife, Patricia Manley; a daughter, Kathryn Bibby Bailey (Cary), two sons, Richard Bibby Manley and Charles David Manley; one step-son, Robert (Bobby) Pickle; three grandchildren, Ella Jade Manley, Ava Claire Manley, and Malissa McCelland (Doug), and a host of friends.
A visitation for Charles will be held Monday, April 11, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel, Gardendale, AL 35071. A funeral service will occur Monday, at 12:30 PM, followed by his burial at Bivens Chapel Cemetery, Brookside, AL.
